Should HBO Latino Go Over the Top?

Yesterday morning HBO Chairman and CEO Richard Pepler said that HBO will launch a stand-alone, over-the-top service that would allow consumers to watch HBO content without having a cable subscription. MiTú partners with NALIP to support the Latino creative community
