comScore has appointed Marcos Christensen as country manager for Argentina and Uruguay. Christensen will be responsible for new business development and expanding sales of comScore products and services throughout Argentina and Uruguay.

Marcos Magaña has been appointed director of communication of Arista, a Spanish digital agency which opened offices in Miami 2 years ago. Magaña will lead the agency’s expansion in Latin America and the US Hispanic market. He will also be in charge of corporate and political communication strategies.

Davi Oliveira has been appointed vp/managing director of Brazil for Paramount Home Media Distribution. He will report to Dave Davis, senior vp, Asia Pacific and Latin America physical and digital transactional sales.  Oliveira has previously worked for Sony Ericsson Brazil, Nivea Brazil and Nestlé Brazil.

Arnold has hired Kieron Monahan to manage its brand Dell. Monahan has been named global planning director and global technology co-leader of Dell. Monahan will report to Arnold president, Pam Hamlin. He will be responsible for leadership of the global strategic planning capability on Dell's small and medium business division.

Monahan joins Arnold from the Inferno group, London, where he led the planning for the Nokia account.

Pez Urbano, a discount site with presence in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Chile, has appointed Daniel Nader as Marketing Manager for Spanish speaking markets.
