Accedo And Digiflare Merge To Create Video Experience Powerhouse

 What: Video experience pioneer Accedo and Digiflare announced a merger with the goal of creating the world’s leading video experience company.

Accedo was founded in 2004 by Michael Lantz and Fredrik Andersson, and Toronto-based Digiflare was founded in 2008 by David George and Mano Kulasingam. Both companies have grown rapidly to become industry leaders known globally for delivering outstanding video experiences using innovative solutions and products. Collectively, they have helped build immersive video app experiences for hundreds of companies around the world.

Sources from Accedo told Portada that in total, the teams working with North America and Latin America are about 200 people spread out over 9 offices. Both companies have extensive experience with advanced advertising integrations. Neither company has its own proprietary advertising platform, but they are working with leading ad tech partners throughout the world.
