The platform will begin operating with Juan Felipe Morón Velez,who will lead all marketing and implementation of its products. Juan Felipe joins Xaxis after working in England in companies like Manning Gottlieb - OMD, Neo @Ogilvy and Harvest Digital among others. He has worked with brands such as Renault, Virgin, Tesco, Starbucks, John Lewis and JustFab.

She will also direct the Integrated Media Solutions (SIM) unit, focused on customers' needs. He will report to Miriam Shirley, vice president of the area.

Prior to that, he was copresident of New York-based agency Gotham. In his new role, he will report to Gustavo Martinez, president and CEO of the company.
