Scott Bushman {Yahoo!}, Rich Cusick {Yahoo!}, John Buchanan {Yahoo!}, Charles Clapshaw {TBWA} , Mariana Castro {Starcom}, Andréa Rolim {Yum}, Laura Hills {Dydacomp}, Paul Combes {D-Link}, Jose Ongay {Lexmark}

Mariana Castro Encina has been promoted to Account Director of Starcom Argentina. She will be in charge of the Kraft Foods Account. Previously, she has worked as Operations  Director for the company.

Charles Clapshaw has been named TBWADan's president, heading up the network alongside its new worldwide executive creative director David Lee. Both report to TBWAWorldwide president and chief executive, Tom Carroll.

Yahoo appointed three new media and marketing executives. Scott Bushman, most recently VP of digital at Wasserman Media Group, will serve as head of media networks for Latin America, Canada and the U.S. Hispanic market and he will report to Mickie Rosen, SVP Global media and Commerce.

Rich Cusick was named as VP, entertainment and women’s lifestyles, overseeing Yahoo Shine as well as Yahoo’s health and entertainment properties including omg!, movies, TV and music. And John Buchanan, formerly VP of global marketing at Electronic Arts, will lead Yahoo’s consumer marketing team across the globe.

Yum! Restaurants International has appointed Andréa Rolim to the position of General Manager, Brazil overseeing the operations, marketing, training and overall leadership of the KFC and Pizza Hut business in the Brazilian market.

Dydacomp, a provider of business technology platforms for small and mid-sized eCommerce and multichannel merchants, today announced the appointment of Laura Hills as Vice President of Marketing. She is responsible for driving Dydacomp’s corporate marketing, lead generation, public relations and strategic alliances initiatives.
Paul Combes is the new Marketing Director for D-Link in Latin America and the US Hispanic market. Combes will be based in Chile.

Lexmark announced the appointement of Jose Ongay as its new Sales and Client Services Director for Latin America.
