Custom Publishing: Boxeo La Revista

Jimenez Communications Inc, publisher of Bodas USA, has published a souvenir boxing program called Boxeo La Revista, in conjunction with the February 9 fight titled "Latin Fury," that will take place in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico. The event will be headlined by Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. who will take on former number one rated contender Jose Celaya in a Pay-Per-view to be televised by Top Rank from "El Domo de La Feria." 

Boxeo la Revista is a custom publication. National advertisers include TV Azteca/Oxxo/Tecate/ Zanfer Promotions.

The program includes stories on Chavez famous boxing legacy and its two young members Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and Omar Chavez. Also featured in the program are world champion Edgar Sosa, local fighter Jose Luis Zertuche and the boxing resurgence in Mexico because of the over the air transmissions of mayor fights on free television.

Ricardo Jimenez, the president of Jimenez Communications and editor of Boxeo La Revista, is a former La Opinion Sports editor, he covered the NFL, NBA, MLB, and championship boxing matches for more than a decade before moving to Top Rank Inc as the Hispanic Media Director, he is the publicist for Puerto Rican Miguel Cotto and Mexican Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. among others.
