Luxury watch maker Rolex advertised for the first time in panregional business magazine America Economia this spring. The magazine America Economia has a total circulation of 84,528, Spanish 54,355 and Brazilian 30,173. The magazine has local editions in Chile, Mexico, Brazil (Portuguese) and Central America).


Rolex last year started to advertise online in Latin American newspaper websites. “In 2007 they have maintained the same budget as last year. They basically buy the Mercosur markets,” says Bruno Almeida, advertising sales director of US Media Consulting.
