The entire Estrella TV network is becoming nationally rated by The Nielsen Company, effective with this ratings week, March 8-14.

“Nielsen’s regular People Meter ratings estimates will satisfy advertisers, media buyers and marketers needs and highlight the ratings generated by Estrella TV. It also provides a call to action for advertisers seeking to develop customized, targeted promotional opportunities to connect with our Hispanic viewership base,” said LBI President and CEO Lenard Liberman.

It will now be listed in the weekly Nielsen ratings alongside ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, CW, Ion and, most importantly, its Spanish language competitors, Univision, Telemundo, TeleFutura and Azteca America.

The company said audience estimates for Estrella TV programming will be available in the following national syndicated reports, reporting applications and electronic files:
