Ezra Geld has been named COO at JWT Brazil. Geld will be in charge of running the offices in Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and Curitiva. Also, Fernanda Antonelli has been appointed Director for the Client Services Department.

Iain McNamara is the new Country Manager at Yoin! Mexico. McNamara has previously worked at Headways Media as Marketing Manager.

Erik Monjalous leaves AFP Group as its Global Sales and Marketing Director. He will be replaced by Olivier Lombardie.

Fred Medina has been appointed the executive VP for Latin America at BBC Worldwide, with the newly created role beginning September 12. Medina, who will be based in Miami, will be responsible for BBC Worldwide’s strategic development in Latin America and in the U.S. Hispanic market. He will report to Jana Bennett, the president of Worldwide Networks who acts as managing director for Latin America on BBC Worldwide’s executive committee.

Dayna Moon leaves AOL. Moon has been working for the company for more than 4 years in Platform-A, Advertising.com's Outsearch and Adtech.
