Javier Sánchez has been appointed CEO at Familyes. Familyes is a family content community through leveraging digital technology to discover, produce and distribute the most suitable content about kids, education and home. Prior to this appointment, Sánchez worked at GroupM Miami as Director of Business Development and Director of strategy, Innovation & Programmatic for Mediacom.
In addition, Familyes has appointed Daniella Riaño and Laura Urrea Business Development Managers of its’ Bogota office in Colombia. They both add to Familyes great expertise in the Latin American market to handle all relationships with partners, agencies, brands and to support the Madrid and Miami teams.
Prior to this position, Riaño Sánchez was Director of Strategy at Media Beyond Advertising (MBA) for MediaCom.
Urrea Gacheta comes from MediaCom, where she was Account Manager for P&G.
Everis has appointed Carla Kamoi as LATAM’s new Brand & Communications director, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and the United States. Kamoi has more than 15 years of experience in international companies.
IPG Mediabrands, Interpublic Group’s global media arm, announced the launch of Ansible in Chile. It is the fourth office to open in Latin America in the last three months. Ansible is an agency specializing in marketing and mobile technology services that offers strategy, planning and media buying, marketing, analytics, UX, creativity and technology services. It has 20 offices in 13 other countries. Patricio Otárola, digital director of Initiative in this country, will be in charge of the office.
