Harvey Marco has been appointed co-president and chief creative officer at independent Hispanic market agency Gallegos United. Marco succeeds Dave Damman. Marco was previously chief creative officer at WPP's Garage Team Mazda, the dedicated unit that manages the Mazda account.

 

 

 

 

 

Progressive cross-cultural agency the community announced the addition of Daniel Pérez Pallares as Executive Creative Director. Based in Miami, Pérez Pallares will report directly to Joaquin Molla, Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer at the community.Prior to joining the community, Pérez Pallares was the Chief Creative Officer at Leo Burnett Mexico.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

beIN SPORTS announced that Carlos “El Pescadito” Ruiz has joined beIN SPORTS as a soccer analyst. The 23-year professional soccer veteran will be a studio analyst on beIN SPORTS English and Spanish-language networks.Ruiz will primarily serve as a pundit on The Locker Room, which airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and The XTRA, beIN SPORTS and beIN SPORTS en Español’s nightly primetime sports news, highlights and information program. He will also serve as a studio analyst for the network’s coverage of NASL and other international soccer competitions.

 

 

 

Stacey Shelly has been appointed EVP/global client at Zenith. She will focus on the worldwide Coty global consumer-beauty business. In this new role, she will lead the development and execution of communications strategies across the color cosmetics, hair care and mass fragrance segments of the client’s business. Her responsibilities include developing global communications strategies, working alongside Zenith global head of clients Tamina Plum. Shelly is based in New York and reports to Zenith USA President Sean Peters. Shelly comes to Zenith from BBDO, where she oversaw brands for Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble and Gillette.

 

 

Nick Brien has joined Dentsu Aegis Network as CEO Americas, following US CEO Rob Horler departure.  Brien was most recently global CEO of iCrossing and president of Hearst Magazines Marketing Services.

 

 

 

 

In addition, Nigel Morris has been named to the new role of chief strategy and innovation officer. Morris has been serving as interim CEO Americas.

 

 

 

Both Brien and Morris will report directly to Jerry Buhlmann, CEO, Dentsu Aegis Network.
