HMR Adds New Digital Media Property

Effective this month, Hispanic Media Representatives (HMR) and MexGrocer.com have entered into a strategic alliance for which HMR will be promoting media sales for a variety of digital marketing options available through online display-advertising impressions, sponsorship opportunities and other offline marketing programs that MexGrocer.com offers.

Launched in September of 2000, MexGrocer.com is a retailing website in the US selling primarily non-perishable Hispanic food products. According the site’s profile on Doubleclick Ad Planner by Google, the website receives over 300,000 unique visitors per month, translating to 1 million page views per month, with people from over 15,000 cities across the United States accessing and ordering products. Nacho Hernandez, Vice President of MexGrocer.com, said “MexGrocer.com has programs that also provide deep market insight to improve new product development and distribution. We’re confident that HMR’s clients that work with MexGrocer.com will reach their goals to increase consumer’s awareness, product research, engagement and maintain loyalty with their brands.”

HMR has presence with Epicurean magazines and websites serving the US Hispanic market, with direct ties to marketers wanting to reach this type of consumer segment. “I feel that this relationship is synergistic to our portfolio of print and digital media outlets, and provides our MexGrocer.com forms ad sales alliance with HMR marketing partners with an immediate national footprint with a high-quality Epicurean retailer in a digital format”, says William Vasquez, President of HMR.
