Changing Places: Ray Rodriguez, Cesar Conde, Theresa Fletcher…

Univision Communications announced that Ray Rodriguez,President and COO of Univision Communications will be leaving the company.


Univision also announced that Cesar Conde, most recently executive vice president and chief strategy officer, will become president of the Univision Networks, and that Joe Uva, currently chief executive officer, will assume the additional title of president of Univision Communications. Conde, who will assume his new role on October 1, 2009, will be based in Miami, Florida, and will continue to report to Uva.


Antonio Alonso
has been named Chief Executive Officer of CBS Outdoor International, it was announced by Leslie Moonves, President and Chief Executive Officer, CBS Corporation. Alonso previously served as Chief Development Officer for the Company, responsible for assets and development for all international markets.


Argo Digital Solutions
(Argo) announced that it has appointed Theresa Fletcher as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer. Fletcher was selected for this position based on her notable track record of success in high-level business strategy, driving sales, market share and bottom line profitability for Fortune 100 media companies. In her previous position as Area Vice President/General Manager of Comcast Spotlight, Fletcher was responsible for market consolidation and reorganization within the 17th largest DMA in the country. Fletcher was tapped by Argo for her vast array of experience in developing sales strategies that compliment multi-platform initiatives such as online, television, videos on demand, addressable advertising and Hispanic advertising.


Tara Cappadona
has been named to the newly created position of Resource Manager for Spirit Incentives. A Spirit Incentives employee for nearly two years, Cappadona works directly with vendor partners and Spirit's internal fulfillment department to ensure that all product certificates are properly serviced.


Euro RSCG Discovery
, the North American data analytics, CRM and behavioral marketing agency network of Euro RSCG Worldwide, announced Wayne Kinch has been hired as Affiliate Sales Leader of American Student List (ASL). Kinch will be based in Mineola, N.Y., and will oversee ASL new business efforts and strategic partnerships, reporting to Bruce Wilkinson, Senior Vice President of Euro RSCG Discovery.

MWW Group announced that Lasse Glassen has been promoted to senior vice president in the company's Financial Relations Board division. Since joining the Los Angeles office of MWW Group's Financial Relations Board more than five years ago, Glassen has helped guide investor relations and financial communications strategy for some of the company's largest accounts, including United Healthcare/PacifiCare Health Systems, Hansen Medical and MFLEX.
