The LA Times Media Group announced the launch of the Spanish-language website Hoylosangeles.com . The site will be the online home of LATMG’s weekend paper Hoy Los Angeles and will also post some translated stories from the LA Times.

“The launch of Hoylosangeles.com creates a singular online destination for local news and information of interest to Latinos in this area,” said Editor Reynaldo Mena. “As with our weekly print publications, our editorial mission is to provide coverage important to Spanish-speaking Angelenos and we can now deliver daily updates, breaking news and incorporate more multimedia storytelling.”
Hoy Los Angeles is part of the digital network launched by EPMG last week.
