MediaCom and LBi have won Etihad’s global media accounts following a multi-agency review. WPP agency MediaCom will handle media planning and buying, and LBi will be responsible for the digital media strategy, search and affiliate marketing. The incumbent on the media buying account was OMD, which had held the business since 2005.

  • Tribal DDB – Argentina

DDB´s digital agency Tribal starts operations in Argentina with Herán Jáuregui and Walter Ioli as its directors.

  • Mobext - Colombia

Havas Digital has opened a new branch of Mobext, it´s mobile agency, in Colombia. Mónica Gómez has been appointed Director. Mobext has presence in Argentina, Brazil, México and Chile. Mobext has worked for Coca-Cola, Nike, Barclays, McDonald’s, Volvo and el Real Madrid Club de Fútbol, among others.

  • Aruba Tourism – Global

Aruba Tourism has called a review for its public relations efforts and its advertising business. The ad business includes both creative and media efforts, both of which are now handled by Deutsch in New York. The Concept Farm, SapientNitro and People, Ideas & Culture are the agencies struggling for the ad account.
