Terra Networks and Cosmopolitan en Español announced today that they have partnered, with Terra hosting Cosmopolitan en Español's online presence within its “Mujer” channel.

“Our audiences are very well aligned demographically, particularly in terms of age and income. Cosmopolitan en Español was looking to enhance their digital strategy, and we were looking to enhance our women's channel, so this was a good fit,” said Michele Azan, in an interview with Portada.

Cosmopolitan en Espanol's website – currently located at http://www.cosmohispano.com – now redirects to http://www.terra.com/cosmoenespanol/.

While Cosmopolitan en Español will continue its monthly print edition, its new website will feature regularly updated content, such as a web calendar and reader surveys, online.

According to Ms. Azan, each entity will be engaging in cross-promotional activity to dive traffic to the new website. Both Terra and Cosmo will be offering advertisers integrated packages, as well, and “there will also be some event marketing taking place,” says Azan.
