Only six months after joining Cheskin Added Value Martin Cerda has parted amicably with Cheskin Added Value (a Kantar/WPP company) and has returned to his former post as research director of Encuesta, Inc. Six months ago, Cerda provided stimulating thought in an interview conducted with Portada about his reasons for joining a larger research firm. “Navigating in the new mainstream is going to require a big ship,” Cerda said at the time.

Seems that Cerda missed the more entrepreneurial environment only a self owned business can offer. Or there maybe changes ahead at Cheskin Added Value we don’t know about.  “It was a stimulating and worthwhile experience” Cerda says about his Cheskin Added Value position, in a press release.

In Encuesta Inc, Cerda will now dedicate his efforts to address the pressing issues related to conducting online and social media research among U.S. Hispanics.
