The market segment he leads, include international partnerships, travel management companies, key online and offline agencies, brokers and wholesalers.
Ricardo earned his MBA with Florida International University. Additionally, he holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering and various certifications on Integrated Marketing and Social Media Strategies from Northwestern and Yale University.

Jen spent time as a brand marketer in the consumer packaged goods industry as well as several years with a promotional agency. She is a graduate of Arizona State University and currently resides in Southlake, Texas with her son.
