Ana Laura Acevedo was born and raised in Mexico City. She holds a Major in International Business from Nuevo Mundo University. With over 25 years of experience in different areas of the tourism industry, she has developed in various Management and Leadership positions in companies like: GM for American Express travel agency, Executive Director for the OCV & Hotel Association in Manzanillo/Costa Alegre, Sales and Marketing Director for Las Hadas Marina Golf & Resort and shortly after she was appointed as Corporate Sales Director for Brisas Hotels & Resorts, where she handled National and International sales, Co-op Marketing & Advertising campaigns, Reservations & PR. In 2004, she was recruited by RCI as Business Development Director for Mexico and Central America. She was then promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Commercial Programs for Latin America, leading strategic areas like: New Product development, Affiliate Services, B2C Marketing, E-commerce, Key Accounts and The Registry Collection (The largest Luxury exchange program globally). She has just been promoted to Senior Vice President, taking over Business Development for Latin America as well.

Previously VP of eCommerce at Palace Resorts where he was hired to develop the entire Digital Direct Distribution for the Group, taking it from a few million dollar business to today’s most important Distribution Channel for the Company. Prior to his current 8 years with Palace Resorts, he spend another 8 years with TravelCLICK Inc. Gerardo holds a Masters in Marketing and Bachelor in Business with emphasis in Hotels.

Due to his experience and leadership he was in charge of the commercial relationship with the main national and international banks, the co-branded products with a joint portfolio of more than 1 million cardholders, the development and launching of promotions and special actions for our customers, the strategic alliances with business partners from different industries, in addition to leading the strategy of the most important loyalty program in the country, Club Premier, with over 5 million members.
