A+E Networks has appointed Francisco Guijon as senior VP for the Americas. Guijon will report to Edward Sabin, the executive managing director of international at A+E Networks. Based in Miami, Guijon will be responsible for managing the profitability and expansion of A+E’s  channels and media assets in Latin America and Canada, including the day-to-day relationships with the company’s partners and businesses in the region. He joins A+E Networks from Liberty Global’s VTR Chile, where he served as programming, content and ad sales director.


Mindshare Argentina is restructuring and has made some changes:

Consolidating the vice-presidents’ structure, Martín Lammardo will continue leading the new business and international accounts department while Florencia Trigo will be responsible for services and product development. They will both report to Pablo Iesulauro, CEO of Mindshare Southcone.

The planning teams will continue to be led by account managers, who are also responsible for customer service: Mariela Campelo, Yamila Finkelstein, Marcela Fraga, Mercedes Furelos, Samanta Gómez, Erica Macovits, Luciano Palazzo, Miriam Rossi and Camila Urrutia.

Leandro Ferrero will be in charge of the content team, Content +.

Adriana Vigil returns to the agency, after working at GroupM, to support the ideas development and production department. Vigil will be also responsible for marketing and PR.

Mariela Jaimes joins the agency’s trading team.

Andrea Salinas will continue to lead the agency’s operating area.

Microsoft Argentina has appointed Marina Hasson as Partners, Corporate Customers and SMEs Director.




José “Lolo” Longinotti is stepping down as President of DDB Group Southern Cone as from next month. He will be replaced by Fernando Capalbo, who has 25 years of experience in the industry and has been leading OMD Argentina for the last 10 years.





Del Campo Global is the recently launched company of Pablo del Campo. After almost two years of “non-compete” Pablo returns to the arena, with this new venture that unites his two biggest passions: advertising and entertainment. Del Campo Global will be dedicated to the development of sustainable content for brands generating strategies and actions created specifically for a client and also where brands will be able to choose to adhere to a specific project, always based on their business objectives and needs. With headquarters in the Palermo neighborhood –Buenos Aires- and with international projection, Del Campo Global is accompanied by director Javier Vázquez.


A.M. Best, a global insurance rating and information source, announced that Manuel Agustin Calderón de las Heras has resigned from his position as managing director of A.M. Best to pursue other opportunities.Mr. Calderón de las Heras has been with A.M. Best for the last two years, and in that time has contributed to the success of A.M. Best’s presence in Mexico.Andrea Keenan, senior managing director and head of industry relations, who has served A.M. Best in numerous leadership roles throughout the Americas, will oversee the Mexico operations during the transition period.




Ezequiel Rocino is McCann Buenos Aires new Creative Director.




Wunderman Argentina has announced the appointment of Matías Martty and Tato Lavandera as Creative Directors. They both join the team of creative CEOs Dany Minaker and Patan Tarazaga.

Lavandera has been part of the agency for almost three years.

Martty comes from Grey Argentina, where he was Creative Director.

ffffAnomaly has announced that Omar Quiñones has joined the agency as Group Strategy Director. Quiñones will be partnering with Managing Director, Giovanni Villamar and Creative Director, Mauricio Galvan, as they integrate Total Market solutions across all of Anomaly’s clients. Having spent much of his career focused on the growing demographic and cultural shifts in America, Quiñones brings a unique hybrid perspective developed across Global, U.S., and U.S. Hispanic Marketing experience.  Hailing from CP+B in Miami, where he led the Strategy Department on all the agency’s accounts, Quiñones most notably lead global work for American Airlines and Infiniti in Latin America.

Gustavo Bondoni has been promoted to the position of VP of Marketing at Pulpo Media.

descargaRubicon Project has announced the addition to its senior leadership team of Harry Patz, Jr. as Chief Revenue Officer and Rob Deichert, Jr. as Head of Global Revenue Operations. The new executives will lead Rubicon Project’s newly formed global revenue organization, charged with scaling and supporting the company’s continued rapid growth around the world.

As Head of Global Revenue Operations, Mr. Deichert will be responsible for managing revenue and sales ad operations across the global organization as well as optimizing company wide processes.   Rob comes to Rubicon Project with more than 15 years of relevant operational experience in the digital advertising space, most recently serving as Managing Director of North American Operations at Criteo Corporation.


descarga (1)Kathy Ring has been promoted to Starcom U.S. CEO. She was most recently chief operating officer and president of the agency’s Los Angeles office. She will succeed  Lisa Donahue who was previously promoted to global president.





32e8090Sean Reardon has been promoted to CEO of Zenith U.S., which like Starcom is a media agency under the Publicis umbrella. Reardon will continue in his role as president of Zenith digital group Moxie. He will succeed Lou Rossi who has been named chief investment officer for Publicis Media network.

imagesNancy Reyes has been appointed managing director of TBWA/Chiat/Day New York. She will succeed Rob Schwartz who has been promoted to CEO earlier this year. Reyes was most recently VP of marketing creative at Verizon and prior to that she was with Goodby Silverstein + Partners in San Francisco and New York. She has also held positions at Ogilvy and DMB&B.

Marks worked at Time Inc. for 15 years.


descarga (4)Argentine creative Pablo Del Campo, Saatchi & Saatchi’s worldwide creative director since early 2014, is leaving the agency this week, according to Adage. Pablo was part of the agency for 20 years. Due to his agreement with Saatchi, he won’t be doing anything else right away. “What I know is I need to stop. Today it’s impossible for me to know what’s next,” he said.

Gonzalez_FernadoFormer senior producer in Havana of The Associated Press, Fernando Gonzalez, has been appointed as regional video editor for Latin America. Gonzalez will lead AP’s video newsgathering operation as the news cooperative expands its video coverage across Latin America. Gonzalez, a native of Uruguay, will be based in Washington, D.C.


Havas Worldwide has appointed  Gian Carlo Lanfranco and Rolando Córdova  as its creative directors NY.  Previously, the executives have work for the French agency Fred & Farid Group with the global account of Orangina.

jorge borrero -Phantasia/Wunderman Peru has named Jorge Borrero as its new creative director. Borrero has previously worked for the Spanish agencies TBWA Madrid, Diluvia, Leo Burnett and Bangers Agency. Borrero will report to José Aburto, general creative director of the company.

Pablo del Campo -Saatchi & Saatchi has appointed Pablo del Campo as creative global director. Del Campo founded Saatchi & Saatchi Buenos Aires in 2000 and has been working as regional creative director for Latin America since 2007.

Gustavo Vidal -Telecom Argentina has appointed Gustavo Vidal  as its new director for big clients. He will be in charge of the mobile and traditional communications´solutions for the corporate environment and the Argentinean Government.
