The app gets smarter as users give a thumbs up or down to the different options offered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Singapore startup <a href=\"https:\/\/whereiswhere.com\/about-us\"><strong>WhereIsWhere<\/strong><\/a> has launched a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.exchangewire.com\/blog\/2018\/07\/31\/singapore-startup-wants-to-help-bricks-target-audience-via-location\/\">location-based mobile app<\/a> that <strong>lets retailers send promotions to mobile phone users<\/strong> conducting searches within a kilometer of a brick-and-mortar store.
