She assumes responsibility for oversight and management of StartMeApp\u2019s ongoing expansion of sales and business development initiatives worldwide. Ms. Escual joined StartMeApp in November 2011 as an Account Manager and was promoted in March 2012 to the position of Country Manager for Colombia and the Caribbean, overseeing StartMeApp\u2019s successful launch of operations in Colombia and neighboring countries of the Caribbean basin last year.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/latam.www.portada-online.com\/2013\/02\/11\/changing-places-latam-andy-gibson-natalia-escual-leopoldo-garcia\/sonia-santafe\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-13074\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-13074\" src=\"https:\/\/latam.www.portada-online.com\/files\/2013\/02\/Sonia.Santafe.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"88\" height=\"110\" \/><\/a>Sonia Santafe<\/strong> has also been hired by <strong>StartMeApp<\/strong> to the position of Country Manager for Colombia &amp; the Caribbean, bringing extensive experience in mobile marketing, mobile entertainment, m-commerce and sales throughout Latin America to her new position. She takes charge of all operations, business development and client relations with StartMeApp\u2019s agency and corporate advertising clients in Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, and the Spanish-speaking countries of Central America and the Caribbean Basin region. Prior to joining StartMeApp, Ms. Santafe was a mobile marketing executive for five years with Zed Colombia, most recently in the position of Marketing Manager, responsible for the design and execution of marketing campaigns for mobile content and value-added mobile products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leopoldo Garcia<\/strong> is the new Director of\u00a0 Business Development &amp; Account Services for <strong>Latcom<\/strong>, based in Miami. He will be in charge of the new operations in the US Hispanic, Latin American and European markets. Leopoldo is a professional with over sixteen years of experience in ad sales in the Latin American, Pan-Regional, and US Hispanic markets; first in Venezuela at Radio Caracas Television for ten years and then, in Miami, working for some large and medium companies such as Comcast, Miami Today News, and US Media Consulting.<\/p>\n<p>Also <strong>Ezequiel Cufre<\/strong> has been hired at <strong>Latcom<\/strong> as Business Development Director. He will be in charge of leading business development, revenue generation, service present and new clients and manage OOH advertising campaigns servicing customers in US and the Caribbean region. His experience also includes management roles with Grupo Editorial Expansion, Time Inc, MarketLogic and AIG.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/latam.www.portada-online.com\/2013\/02\/11\/changing-places-latam-andy-gibson-natalia-escual-leopoldo-garcia\/scoot-moorhead\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-13077\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-13077\" src=\"https:\/\/latam.www.portada-online.com\/files\/2013\/02\/scoot.moorhead-156x156.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"156\" height=\"156\" \/><\/a>Havas Media<\/strong> (former MPG Media Contacts) has appointed <strong>Scott Moorhead<\/strong>, previously activation director and digital trading director at StarcomMediaVest, to the new role of head of digital trading and operations. He will report to Darren Goldie, Havas Media\u2019s managing partner for digital.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/latam.www.portada-online.com\/2013\/02\/11\/changing-places-latam-andy-gibson-natalia-escual-leopoldo-garcia\/andy-gibson-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-13078\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-13078\" src=\"https:\/\/latam.www.portada-online.com\/files\/2013\/02\/andy.gibson1-156x156.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"156\" height=\"156\" \/><\/a>Bacardi<\/strong> has appointed <strong>Andy Gibson\u00a0<\/strong>as new CMO. He will replace Silvia Lagnado, who left the company at the end of last year. Gibson will be also president of\u00a0 Bacardi Global Brands and will report to CEO Ed Shirley. He has previously worked as chief marketing officer for Carlton United Brewers (CUB), part of Foster&#8217;s Group.
