Hern&aacute;ndez will lead Fox&rsquo;s Miami and New York based online advertising sales teams. Hern&aacute;ndez comes from Batanga where he was Sales Director &ndash; Region West, where led ad sales efforts for 3 publications owned by Batanga.<span>&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" align=\"left\"><span>Rep&uacute;blica, a Miami-based national branding, advertising, entertainment and communications company, has promoted Marilu Del Toro, previously a senior account executive, to the position of group account manager. Del Toro will now oversee strategy and daily client service for several of the firm&rsquo;s national accounts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" align=\"left\"><span>Philip Bonnery has joined Miami-based la comunidad as senior art director. He will be charged oversee creative and the execution for the ad agency&#039;s clients, which include Remy Martin, Citibank, Best Buy and Virgin Mobile.<\/p>\n<p>George Herrera, former president and CEO of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, joined Burger King Corp.&#039;s Diversity Action Council (DAC).
