Alltel Wireless is conducting a campaign promoting their products and services that is centered on live concert events in the Texas and Arizona markets.
 
The basic idea is that consumers must go to Alltel Wireless stores in order to pick up general admission tickets to these concerts.
 
In order to obtain VIP tickets, which entitle the bearer to a private acoustic concert after the main performance and a VIP after party with the band, consumers must purchase Alltel merchandise and services. The structure of the campaign is such that it is rooted both in branding—through the live music component—and call-to-action, through the method of ticket distribution.
 
Other "Mi Círculo, Mi Música" concerts have focused on areas of Texas & Arizona which have a high proportion of key Hispanic consumers.  To date, approximately 6,500 general admission and VIP tickets have been distributed for the El Paso concert.
 
Promotion for the events include radio ads, buses, mall kiosk, cinema spot, website, banners, email blast, social sites and direct mail.
