Gabriela Domenzain is joining Martin O’Malley’s presidential  campaign as director of public engagement, sources tell BuzzFeed News. Domenzain previously worked as director of Hispanic Media in the Obama Administration. O’Malley, a former Governor of Maryland, announced Saturday in Baltimore that he in entering the Democratic presidential race.

At Claxson, she created Mixplay and worked as Director of Marketing and Content, for Latin America. He was also Manager Director for the Business Unit Portal and Regional Content Director for UOL.

Peter Heumiller, will become CEO of All Screens Media, a global multi-platform media business development company entering the Latin American market. As VP of New Media Content Development at Comcast (the world’s largest cable operator), Heumiller developed over 30 special interest branded channels, including ExerciseTV, Activity TV, Digital Cookbook, Baby Boost and more.

Agostini joins WMcCann Brazil after having worked at Click Isobar for three years. Previously, she served in W/Brazil and Fischer, where she was responsible for clients such as TIM, Nivea, Sky, Nestlé, Honda, Melitta, Medley and Ajinomoto.

Machado has been at the agency for two years. With 13 years of agency experience, he was part of Rapp Collins, Naked and Player, and held several accounts such as Pepsi, Itau, Vivo, Natura and Hering, among others.

He’ll work with U.S. Chief Creative Officer Mark Wenneker and oversee the Boston, Los Angeles and North Carolina offices of what had been Mullen along with the former Lowe office in New York. He will be based in Los Angeles.Mr. Newman comes to Mullen Lowe from Ogilvy Chicago, where he’d been president since 2012. No successor will be named, Ogilvy said, and his duties will be assumed by Chairman-CEO Jack Rooney.

A longtime publishing executive, Warren most recently was vice president of digital operations for The New York Times, where she is credited with overseeing its industry-leading digital subscription model.

imagesJustin Connolly has been promoted to executive VP, Disney & ESPN affiliate sales and marketing. He will oversee all aspects of domestic distribution and affiliate marketing including affiliate-related business operations of Disney and ESPN media networks, including ABC Family, Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD, Fusion, all the EPSN networks, Longhorn Network, SEC ESPN Network, as well as Watch, HDTV, video-on-demand, interactive TV and retrans consent agreements for Disney’s eight-owned ABC stations. He was previously senior VP of college networks. Prior to that, he spent 10 years in affiliate sales and marketing for Disney and ESPN. Connolly fills the same title held by the departing David Preschlack.

fetchMobile specialist agency Fetch, part of Dentsu Aegis Network, has just opened a New York office.For that reason, the agency has hired Melissa Greenberg, a former vice president at social advertising platform SHIFT, to manage the new office. Dentsu Aegis acquired an 80% stake in Fetch last fall with an option to acquire the rest later. Fetch reported 2013 gross profits of approximately US$7.6 million. The London-headquartered shop also has offices in San Francisco, Germany and Hong Kong.Since the acquisition Fetch has signed a number of high-profile new clients including Uber and Expedia. Other clients include eBay and Hotels.com.
