El Nuevo Herald, the Spanish-language print and digital media property, owned by The Miami Herald is launching a Acceso, a comprehensive Spanish-language guide that offers helpful resources and information for Latin American individuals and families looking to relocate to Miami, as well as those who already live there.

It is no secret that Miami is a haven for wealthy Latin Americans. To a large extent that is why Miami’s  high-end real estate market has been flourishing over the last few years. This is one of the reasons why El Nuevo Herald is introducing Acceso Miami, a comprehensive Spanish-language guide that offers a resources and information for Latin American business people with interest in, or existing foothold, in South Florida.

According to El Nuevo Herald, advertisers from finance, healthcare, real estate, education, retail, hospitality/ travel and entertainment categories should benefit from the audience.

The site was developed in a design thinking model, with input from advertisers, top category experts and expats from various LatAm countries.

Acceso Miami is strictly a digital play. elnuevoherald.com currently enjoys over 1.1 million uniques from LatAm and Spanish-speaking Caribbean countries. The new property resides as a channel within elnuevoherald, com.

“This is a soft launch, we are not projecting traffic numbers at this time. The site was developed in a design thinking model, with input from advertisers, top category experts and expats from various LatAm countries,” a spokesperson of The Miami Herald tells Portada.

“We have forged content partnerships with real estate companies, chambers of commerce, immigration attorneys, Beacon Council, Enterprise Florida, consular offices in Miami and organizations that serve Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina, Spain and Peru,” he adds.
