As part of its larger strategy to broaden its geographical business footprint—a strategy that has seen the Mexican media giant venture into such unlikely markets as France and China recently—Televisa has just announced a three-year agreement with Argentine media companies Cris Morena Group and RGB Entertainment.

The agreements will revolve around the teen series “Casi Angeles” and musical sitcom “B&B”, and will cover multiple media platforms.

Televisa Corporate VP Tony Baston said that the latest move was part of Televisa’s mission to provide its clients worldwide with “innovative multiplatform content.

The move follows a deal with US broadcaster Telemundo in late September that will bring Mexican soccer coverage to the U.S.
