Two major speakers just confirmed their participation at our Panregional Advertising and Media Summit which takes place this Thursday in Miami’s Mandarin Oriental Hotel (if you did not get your ticket yet, please click here to buy yours).

Shanna Parra, regional marketing platforms manager for PepsiCo, will speak during the panel “Pro’s and Cons of the Panregional Media Buy” together with Victor Villar, SVP & Chief Digital Officer, Starcom Media Vest Group Latin America and Virginia Pereira, Regional Media Director, OMD Latin America. The panel will be moderated by Sony Picture Television’s, Irving Plonskier. We are very curious to hear Parra’s client oriented views on the local-vs panregional media buying decision and see how they contrast with those of major agency executives Villar and Pereira.

Another great addition to the Summit’s impressive roster of speakers is Manuel Rivera, CEO of Grupo Editorial Expansion (GEE), a Top 3 Mexican publishing powerhouse owned by Time Inc. As GEE’s number one executive Rivera oversees sales, circulation and content at 18 major magazines and 6 websites, including the recent acquisitions of soccer website mediotiempo.com and real estate site metroscubicos.com. Rivera will explain the crucial and strategic role content plays at GEE during the panel “The Message: Content Preferences of Latin Audiences”

The most important companies and players in the Latin Marketing Media and Content World (Latin America, Spain and U.S. Hispanic) will be present at our June 3 Summit.
