Mexico’s Grupo Formula launches Formula Editorial and plans U.S. distribution

Grupo Formula, a Mexican multimedia company, introduced Formula Editorial, a magazine that is distributed nationally and has a circulation of 60,000. The magazine has a retail price of 25 pesos.

Rocio Vargas, editor of Formula Editorial, tells Portada® that the new publication's main objective is to bring Grupo Formula's TV and radio stars closer to the reader. Vargas adds that the publication will be distributed in the U.S. Hispanic market in a few months. For Formula Editorial, Grupo Formula is backed by many of its TV and radio advertisers. However, Formula Editorial has gained some new advertisers like the retail chain Liverpool.
