iCrossing, a global digital marketing agency, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Wallaby Group, a digital marketing agency serving Latin America and Spain.
The acquisition expands iCrossing’s footprint in Latin America and Europe. Wallaby Group is headquartered in Santiago, Chile with offices in Mexico City; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Lima, Peru. The agency also has an office in Madrid that will support iCrossing’s campaigns in Spain. Wallaby Group will be rebranded as iCrossing.
“Over half of our clients have an international component to their digital marketing programs and we have a growing number of digital agency of record wins,” said Don Scales, president & CEO, iCrossing. “With Wallaby, we can help those clients increase the return on their current digital spend in Latin markets.”
In addition to enhancing iCrossing's ability to service global accounts, the move will enable current Wallaby clients to build connected brands through iCrossing’s proven digital marketing processes and the agency’s proprietary technology, the Connected Marketing Platform.
Wallaby will be managed by Gonzaga Valdés, CEO of Latin America/Spain, iCrossing. Valdés was previously CEO, Wallaby Group. He will report to Scales.
