“The eleven leading media companies reunited in the Grupo de Diarios América (GDA) are fully committed to the mutual exclusivity representation agreement signed with Charney Palacios/Publicitas & Co. as of March 1, 2007. This agreement has been ratified by all the GDA stockholders: La Nación (Argentina), O Globo (Brasil), El Mercurio (Chile), El Tiempo (Colombia), La Nación (Costa Rica), El Comercio (Ecuador), El Universal (México), El Comercio (Perú), El Nuevo Día (Puerto Rico), El País (Uruguay) y El Nacional (Venezuela).

Regarding direct sales, Charney Palacios/Publicitas will work with the GDA companies and provide support to the individual operations developed by El Nuevo Día of Puerto Rico, as well as by the exclusive international representative for O Globo of Brazil, Multimedia USA.
