Photo-blogging website Fotolog has announced a partnership with Mobile Solutions, a mobile services aggregator, that will provide mobile and micro-payments features to the site's users in Chile through the Entel PCS and Movistar operators who serve 80% of the market.

The mobile launch in Chile follows Fotolog's entry into the mobile market in Argentina, part of a drive to deliver mobile solutions to over 12 million unique monthly visitors who generate roughly 2.8 billion page views across Latin America.

In July Fotolog announced the launch of its global mobile service serving the site's community of almost 20 million members. The move allows users mobile access to personal Fotolog pages, to see who is posting messages to their guestbooks, leave messages for their friends and use the Allopass micro-payments platform. The service is available in seven languages including English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish and Dutch.
