Entrepreneur Media Sale Unlikely to Affect Latin American Partnership

Mexican and Central American Editions of Entrepreneur Magazine are published.

Content

California-based Entrepreneur Media, the publisher of magazines, websites and books for Entrepreneurs is up for sale. Entrepreneur Magazine has a Mexican edition (Circ. 70,000), and last year launched a Central American edition with a circulation of 15,000, from Guatemala to Panama. Both editions are published by Mexico City-based Editorial Impresiones Aereas through a franchise deal.

It is unlikely that the sale will have any consequence on this partnership. Several U.S. and European based companies publish business magazines in Latin America through licensing agreement, including Harvard Business Review Latinamerica (published by Harvard Business Publishing through an agreement with Chile's Impact Media) and UK's Euromoney's Latin Finance.
