Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings have recorded a precipitous drop in share value for Q3 2008, with net income dropping an incredible 83.3% this quarter, from $54.7 million to $9.1 million.

The company also reported that growth in U.S. Digital networks helped to stave-off even greater losses.
