Raquel Solorzano has joined Diageo as the new Regional Media Manager. At Diageo she will be responsable for all Latin American Markets (from México and the Caribean Markets to Brazil). Duties include analog and digital media along all markets. Until recently Solorzano worked as  Corporate Media Manager at Samsung Latin America.

Vincent Cordero has been named executive vice president and general manager of Fox Sports en Español (FSE). The announcement was made by David Hill, chairman & chief executive officer. In his new role at FSE, Mr. Cordero assumes day-to-day responsibility for the network's P&L, production, programming, development, research, marketing, on-air promotion, scheduling, distribution strategy and identifying new media and business opportunities.

The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) (www.mmaglobal.com) has announced the appointment of Marco Lopes as managing director of the MMA's Latin America (LATAM) branch. In his new role, Lopes is responsible for driving the association's charter to build a sustainable ecosystem for the mobile marketing industry in the region, and positioning the MMA as the region's leading association.

Rita Ferro has been promoted to executive VP of Disney Media Sales and Marketing. In her new role, Ferro will lead the integrated sales team that covers advertising sales, marketing and promotions across The Walt Disney Company's media platforms.

Ogilvy Argentina has announced the appointment of Diego Sanchez, ex Publicis, as Creative Director. Sanchez will work with Gastón Bigio.
