Discovery Communications has announced the appointment of Luis Silberwasser to the new role of International Head of Content for Discovery Networks International (DNI), reporting to Mark Hollinger, President and CEO of the division. The International Head of Content role is being created to accelerate DNI’s ratings success across the company’s global channel portfolio of over 100 networks in more than 180 countries.

Sergio Lobo was promoted to Creative Director of Leo Burnett Iberia, after passing successively by Script Communication and Giovanni FCB in Brazil, and Leo Burnett Lisboa and Spain, as part of the team in Madrid.

DoubleYou named Iñaki Marti as executive creative director of the agency, which will provide its vast experience in the service of digital marketing.

News Corp has launched its global ad sales house, Fox One Stop Media, into the Australian and New Zealand markets. It will allow advertisers and their agencies to make media buys across 28 pay TV channels in markets including Asia Pacific, Europe, the UK and Latin America. Tara Lamond will head up the new FOSM office in the role of advertising director.
