Publicis One is the umbrella organization for Publicis agencies in 50 countries and does not include the U.S.  As part of this new structure, Monica Gadsby, who was in charge of the overall Americas, including the U.S. Hispanic market, at Starcom Media Vest, is the new  Chief Executive Officer for Latin America at Publicis One.With 28 years of experience in advertising across the U.S. Multicultural and Latin America markets, Monica is seen as a pioneer in diversity marketing – having started and developed the top two U.S. multicultural media agencies today, Tapestry and 42 Degrees. Joseph Piazza is the new Chief Financial Officer, Latin America. Joseph began his finance career in advertising with IPG agencies including McCann-Erickson and Initiative Media. Over the last eleven years, he has been at Publicis Groupe agencies including ZenithOptimedia, SMG and Vivaki, where he worked extensively with markets in Latin America..

Karen Lim is the new Global Communications Director. With 14 years of experience in marketing and communications, Karen has spent the bulk of her career specialising in communications for advertising agency networks including Ogilvy & Mather, McCann Worldgroup and Leo Burnett.

The company already had a commercial staff in the country, where it works with 645 million impressions. They expect to grow their Mexican operations by 120% with the new office structure, which will also cover operations in Colombia, Chile, and Argentina.

Messina will serve on the company’s executive leadership team and report to chairman and chief executive officer Matt Shattock.At Coca-Cola, she was responsible for leading brand strategy and growth for the company’s portfolio of emerging brands.Coca-Cola created a new USA Operations division to oversee Messina’s role.
