José Antonio Martínez Soler, founder and CEO of Multiprensa y Mas, publisher of free daily Spanish newspaper 20 Minutos, will step down as CEO October 1, in mutual agreement with Sverre Munck, the President of 20 Minutos España and Executive Vice President of Schibsted, the Norwegian media multinational that owns Multiprensa y Mas.  Martinez Soler’s position will be filled by Eduardo Diez-Hochleitner, current non executive Vice President of 20 Minutos España.  Martinez Soler will continue to be linked to the media group as board member until his retirement. Daniel Gunji has been appointed new Interactive Director for Fischer+Fala!, Brazil. Gunji has worked for Fabrica Comunicación Dirigida and Addcomm. He also was responsible for Varig interactive branding and the launch of Nissan Sentra and Tiida.

Multicanal Communication agency has announced three promotions. Flavio Rucci has been appointed General Creative Director, María Paz Perez Moya has been named Account Director and Nicolás Rodriguez Cánepa Account Superviser.

Rafael Bonnelly, Digital Strategy and Social Marketing Director at the Spanish agency NCA. He will be in charge of the on line strategy and social networks. Bonelly has developed a new measurement technology for social networks and blogs called SoMes (Social Media Search).

Contrapunto Spain has appointed Gemma Ollé as Account Executive. She will report to Reme Tobias and manage the brands Skoda and Ausonia. Ollé has worked for On-comunicación and Barcelona Virtual.

Juan Pablo Manazza left Wunderman Argentina to open new digital agency with La Doblevida in Mexico. “We want Juan Pablo's expertise to open a new, different agency focused in the latin American market”, said Manuel Camacho, who runs La Doblevida with Miguel Angel Mendiola.

Stephen Norman, former Marketing Director at Mundo, has been promoted to Marketing and Communication Director at Renault. He will be based in France.

MovieCity has announced the division of the South América in two regions. Federico Canónigo has been named Business Director South Cone (Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay) and Ignacio Landeta Business Director South Andean Region (Chile, Peru and Bolivia). The Creative Services department and Digital Strategies will join the Marketing, Business and Communication department. Juan Mariano Solá will be in charge of the new area as Director Senior Marketing and Communication. He will report to Roberto Soto (VP Marketing and Products).

Personal has appointed Ignacio Nores as Marketing Director. He will replace Guillermo Rivaben who was the interim Director. Rivaben has left the company to start working at Telecom.

Media By Design has appointed César Recalde as Account Director. Recalde will be in charge of the media strategy, planning and buying.

América CV Network (CV24- Puerto Rico) has appointed Javier Castelblanco as Sales Manager for CV24.1 and CV24.2 in Puerto Rico. Castelblanco will be in charge of the advertising sales for the 4 channels, WJPX, WIRS, WKPV, WJWN.
