Carolina Rivera is the new A&O Pan Regional Sales Lead at Microsoft Advertising in Fort Lauderdale. Rivera previously worked as U.S. and International Sales Manager at Televisa Publishing and Digital. Also in Microsoft Advertising Lovina Mc Murchy has recently been promoted to GM Global Specialist Sales, Advertising and Online Division, her prior position has been taken by Agustin Nolte who now leads Microsoft Advertising’s Latin American Division.
Wyndham Hotel Group has named Luis Mirabelli VP of Development, Latin America. In this newly created role, Mirabelli will be responsible for leading Wyndham Hotel Group’s development efforts in the region, including executing strategic deals in key markets, establishing and maintaining a strong network of multi-unit development partners and strengthening synergies between Wyndham Hotel Group and sister company RCI to help further growth in the region. He will be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Earlier this year, the company announced an agreement with Hoteles Costa del Sol to franchise three new Ramada hotels throughout Peru in Cusco, Tumbes and Chiclayo. The company also has agreements with two Brazilian-based real estate companies, EmCorp and Vert.
The Brazilean agency Loducca based in Sao Paulo has announced executives changes. Fernao Cosi will be in charge of the accounts as its new General Account Director, Adriana Favaro is the new Media Director. Also, Sergio Mugnaini has been announced as its new Creative Director and Daniel de Tomazo as its new Planning Director.
