Zeta Global’s stock lost two two-thirds of its stock market capitalization as a result of a report by short-seller Culper Research stating that Zeta operates “consent farms’ to obtain consumer first-party data. We do not operate so-called “consent farms  Zeta Global responded.  Zeta also announced a $100 Million Stock Repurchase Program.

Mundial Media raised a US $1.5 million in a pre-seed extension round funded  byVC house New Day and family offices.
