Wal-Mart Weighs Hispanic Agency Options

Following the decision to award control of its $580 million media-buying and creative account to agencies Draft FCB and Carat, Wal-mart is taking another look at its Hispanic representation, which is worth $55 million.

Wal-mart's current agency of record is Lopez Negrete, Houston. However, the retailer is also reviewing presentations submitted by three other agencies:LatinWorks, Austin.Accentmarketing, Miami.
Grupo Gallegos, Long Beach.

Wal-Mart spent just over $880,000 on ROP advertising in 2005, according to Portada ad-tracking, not including FSI spending.
