Cynthia Hughes, publisher of TODO Texas, a glossy style and destination magazine that caters to upscale, affluent Mexican nationals announced a new name, TODO LUJO, and a new partnership with Alejandro Martinez, publisher, and Carla Valencia, editor, of the local fashion and entertainment magazine, 002Houston. Martinez has signed on as president and group publisher of TODO Lujo and Valencia has become the magazine's editor-at-large and general director. Hughes and Micheline Newall, editorial director of TODO Lujo will continue to directly oversee the publication in their respective roles.
TODO Texas changed its name to TODO Lujo, which means "total luxury," to reflect its expanded monthly editorial focus which will now reach beyond Texas to include Florida, Las Vegas, California and other destinations popular with Mexican national travelers.
The partnership with the successful leaders of 002Houston will allow TODO Lujo to leverage the sales, editorial and production resources of 002Houston.
"This strategic partnership enables TODO Lujo to expand our operation and take our product to the next level by leveraging the infrastructure of 002Houston and the expertise of Alejandro Martinez and Carla Valencia," said Cynthia Hughes, publisher of TODO Lujo.

Currently, TODO Lujo is delivered directly to 100,000 highly-targeted, affluent households in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Acapulco and Merida. Readers are qualified by either zip code location or credit card spending. In addition to direct home delivery, TODO Lujo is now available at a variety of upscale boutiques and shopping districts in Polanco, Mexico City.
