Unilever Rolls Hispanic Campaign into TV show
Packaged under the “Desafio del Sabor” (The Flavour Challenge) brand, the push will combine consumer competitions, storefront events and a nationally televised cook-off on Univision.

Hyundai Motor America has selected Del Rivero Messianu DDB as the company's Hispanic advertising agency. Hyundai said it will start working immediately with DRM DDB's full-service office to develop strategy for capturing more Hispanic market-share.

Univision Up for Bid
A consortium of companies and investors that includes the Mexican television giant Grupo Televisa has emerged as a potential bidder for Univision, the largest Spanish-language television and radio company in the United States. The consortium includes private equity firms Providence Equity Partners and Madison Dearborn Partners, as well as the Cisneros Group of Venezuela and the media entrepreneur Haim Saban, according to people involved in the group
