Phoenix, AZ based Quepasa Corporation announced an exclusive “search engine” distribution agreement with Hispanic Digital Network, Inc. (HDN). Quepasa's search engine will be added to the websites of over thirty leading Hispanic newspapers in the nation's largest and fastest growing Hispanic markets. Under the terms of the agreement, Quepasa will provide the Internet search feature for all HDN member newspapers in both English and Spanish. The deal provides Quepasa with ad revenues from paid advertising searches on HDN's network of websites. HDN will also receive a percentage of those ad revenues. HDN currently oversees the publication of online digital content for a diverse family of 34 traditional print newspapers and news publications in Hispanic markets nationwide. New accounts include Network Solutions and AT&T.
