Sources at Foley's tell Portada® that the retailer is looking to expand its print advertising targeting Hispanics in Texas. Currently no Hispanic specific media buying is done, although this may change soon. Texas is of particular interest to Foley's. The retail chane buys print advertising in general market newspapers in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas/Ft. Worth, The Valley (McAllen) and El Paso. Newspapers can play an important role to drive consumers to stores. Foley's is also present in Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Colorado.
