Latino Mortgage Company, a Chesterfield, Missouri company that provides financing to first time home buyers, made its first direct mail buy in Latin-Pak's Co-op Direct Mailer. The mortgage company bought an envelope cover (6” x 9”) in the cooperative mailer, which is sent directly to Latin-Pak's Hispanic respondent list in the top U.S. Hispanic markets. The minimum buy for the co-op mailer is 250,000 households. Mailers are distributed to Hispanic homes that fit specific criteria, such as Credit Card Holders, Magazine Subscribers, Average Incomes, Presence of children in HH, etc. Other participants in Latin-Pak's cooperative mailer programm are DirecTV, HBO-Latino, and AOL-Latino.
