Salud con Health Net, a subsidiary of Health Net of California, launched a direct mail campaign targeting business owners in Orange County. The campaign, which also includes print advertising, alerts small business owners to the availability of Salud con Health Net products that offer affordable, quality care for Latinos on both sides of the US-Mexico border. The flyer, targeting business owners, is written in English and Spanish and includes the Salud con Health Net and Health Net. The campaign was launched by Los Angeles based advertising agency Castells & Asociados. “With 32% of Latinos in Orange County working for employers who do not offer health benefits, there is a clear and growing market for this type of culturally specific health plan that allows employees to receive care in both the United States and Mexico,” said Ana Andrade, vice president of Latino Program Health Net of California.
