Nielsen Media Research, the provider of television audience measurement and related services, will expand its 'Every View Counts” Campaign to three additional markets in 2007. These markets are Seattle, Tampa and Houston. A Nielsen Media Research representative announced the new campaign at last week in Chicago at the NAHP's Advertising Summit. Nielsen Media Research will use Hispanic publications in these 3 markets. In 2006 Nielsen Media already advertised in the top 10 Hispanic DMA's.
The Everyone Counts Campaigns highlights Nielsen's commitment to ensure that minorities are proportionately represented and accurately counted in TV ratings though its Local People Meter (LPM) methodology.
