Albertsons plans to increase its Hispanic media budget in 2006. According to Frank Williams, Advertising Manager at Scotsdale, Arizona based Albertsons, the retailer will increase Hispanic newspaper advertising next year. The biggest increase will be in electronic media. In print, Albertsons plans to focus on ROP advertising, especially in markets in California, Texas, and Arizona. Magazine advertising will also be part of the campaign. This is the fourth year in a row that Albertsons has increased its Hispanic media budget.
