      On a personal note, Isabel Rafferty Zavala a bilingual Spanish and English speaker who was
      born in Mexico but currently resides in San Diego CA with her family. As a mother to three

      children the importance of volunteering for their community. Isabel also enjoys dabbling in real-
      estate and renovated beautiful homes for resale.
