Neha’s expertise lies in building and supporting marketing processes with measurement frameworks and KPIs to evaluate returns across paid, owned, and earned media, and also working as a key leader for usage/enhancement of technology and data platforms. Her previous role at Starcom MediaVest Group as Associate Director (Planning & Analytics) required an acute understanding of media mix modeling, advanced customer analytics, programmatic media, and attribution platforms. Her experience spans across various verticals including Financial Services, Technology, CPG, FMCG, Tourism, and Education, working with clients like American Express, Starbucks, Verizon, UCLA, Honda, and Nike. With more than ten years of experience in customer analytics and testing complex marketing campaigns, she also identifies new and emerging technologies to continuously keep clients at the forefront of media/industry trends.
Prior to SMG, Neha spent time as an Internet Marketing Manager at one of the largest for-profit educational companies in the United States. Her role there was to work closely with planning and analytics to deliver on data-driven marketing investment decisions, forecasts, and cost benefit analyses. She also worked at Motorola Mobility in Product Marketing (new product development and portfolio management), to analyze competitive trends to identify opportunities and drive marketing program recommendations.
Neha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media and Mass Communication from the University of Delhi, a six sigma certification, and an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Wisconsin.
Felix Palau serves as Vice President for Tecate and Tecate Light, part of the Heineken USA portfolio of Mexican brands. Palau is credited for leading efforts that resulted in a huge turnaround for the brand, and is currently focused on expanding the Tecate franchise nationally – overseesing all marketing activity for the brand. Tecate has seen record growth, while achieving cultural relevance through its successful “Born Bold” campaign.
Prior to moving to the Tecate marketing team, Palau served as Heineken Brand Vice President of the Americas. There, he was a key member of the leadership team and was responsible for designing and ensuring the deployment of the brand strategy across more than 45 markets leading to a solid improvement in the region.
Previously, he was International Marketing VP for Cerveceria Cuauhtemoc Moctezuma (FEMSA Cerveza) where he spent 15 years holding several managing positions ranging from Brand Vice President to Portfolio Strategy Vice President. Palau is one of youngest executives to achieve an executive marketing position at Heineken.
Palau earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), and a certificate in world class marketing skills from the University of Texas, Austin. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Palau and his family currently reside in Ardsley, N.Y.
Manny started his career in Detroit where he served a lead role in a regional planning and buying office for Arnold Worldwide working on major brands like McDonald’s, Royal Caribbean and Volkswagen. After eight years at Arnold, he transitioned to Zimmerman Advertising as the Media Planning and Buying Supervisor for the largest auto retail company in the US – AutoNation. Manny has also worked on other national brands like CVS Pharmacy, Dunkin\' Donuts & T.J. Maxx Companies at Hill Holliday Hispanic as a Hispanic Planner/Broadcast Buyer. Since 2006 Manny has been at 22squared and has served a lead activation role working on iconic brands like Buffalo Wild Wings, Southeast Toyota, Shoe Carnival, Baskin\' Robbins and Publix Super Markets as well as playing a key role for Hispanic Planning and Activation strategies for all clients at 22squared.
